HUMILITY IS DEDICATED TO BARRY HUMPHRIES - 'DAME EDNA EVERAGE' WHO SADLY DIED 22ND APRIL 2023. R.I.P. Dear 'Lady' your humility will never be forgotten. My sincere condolences go out to Mr Barry Humphries family & close friends. I was lucky enough to see the great Dame Edna Everage in a live show, at the Manchester Apollo Theatre in the UK, in the late '80s along with my dear friend Wyl Lewis, sadly no longer with us either. I will never forget that show & the humility with which Barry Humphries held himself at all times whilst meeting fans & signing autographs afterwards. A recent hip operation lead to complications causing Barry Humphries serious health issues. However, his close family said, "He never lost his wit, charm, or humour throughout his brief illness". Unfortunately the complications resulted in his untimely death in hospital in Australia on Saturday 22nd April 2023. In my opinion, Barry Humphries was a great comedic actor. He found worldwide fame on stage & television impersonating a wealthy widow Dame Edna Everage. 'She' always said, "I am just an ordinary housewife from Melbourne Australia darlings" as 'she' threw gladioli flowers into the audience. Trance Emotions 2 by That Man will be available to stream, buy & download May 2023. Your support of all my music productions is genuinely appreciated. Thanks, Clive.
