This song was written because at the time , I knew that my good friend and one time Phonetic Plumbing drummer was comming to visit me in Fl. I really wanted to write a song that I could have feature Dennis Grecco's talent as a drummer. I decided to write a 3 part song.
Part one features his technique at polyrythymic structure and has 2 seperate drum beats combined over 4 sub parts.
Part 2 features the ability to smoothley change dinamics through a bumbpy section and at the same time change timing.
Part 3 features his ability to switch between more than a couple time signatures while adding amazing fills to link them. As a note . I was very lucky that he and I were on the same wave length, as I didn't and wouldn't tell him what direction to play in. He very well could have taken many different directions with this song as he is so diverse.
