Sometimes we realize what assholez we are...
throbz heavy jam soulcore
Artist picture
Prepare for music to blow your pants off. The Throbz are a psychotic, psychadellic experience. No drugs needed, we'll do them for you.
The Throbz are a band searching for a new edge in the realm of interesting and heavy tunes. Bored and sickened and jaded by the world of popular music and many unpopular genres, we are culminating a sound to suit our desires for something heavy, rythmic, and ballsy. Tired of metal's symphony, punk's bubblegum and rehashing of older styles, and despising rap-rock's lack of soul and incessant whining.

Lyrics
Jennifer I wish I hadn’t hurt you --Come here, come here Lover from friends is one thing But I need you near I was cold & pretentious Words do not give love So I’m coming to you, baby To take us above Oh I was stupid to believe that being cool Could earn your love I was stupid to believe what wasn’t real Oh if you could be here right now, I’d pull those Heavens down to us & Show you my heart’s flesh & blood- Not made of steel Jennifer, you made the flowers grow In the wasteland of my soul If you left me now—I’d still have to thank you But I’m begging you, pleading you—don’t go I see children laughing I enjoy their light When I see lovers touching I’m filled with fright I neglected a love so true Failed to see your heart was gone & Now the sexy love within me Wants to turn your heart on A macho-man so big & cold grows fuckin’ lame & Fuckin’ old I can’t blame you my love for walkin’ out that door Lies I’d tell myself, that you lived with I was some cheap, novelty gift Sex without love—I guess I’m just a whore Jennifer, you made the wildflowers grow in The wasteland of my heart Please don’t choose now to leave, before I let You see What we’d have before we part Jennifer, you made the flowers grow In the wasteland of my soul If you left me now—I’d still have to thank you But I’m begging you, pleading you—don’t go
