Lots of hooks and catchy little melodies. Very simple. Not a lot of technical stuff just a good commerical modern rock song.

Story behind the song
This song is about the dreams of Gold and Platinum records. However, since we don't have one of those, we wrote a song asking for just a "TIN" record verses a gold or platinum record. LOL.
Lyrics
Times like these are gone No more running from home You fill your pockets with apologies Until your weak in the knees I beg your pardon For these scarred insecurities Consuming me With a fear of conspiracy You promise me But it doesn’t mean anything Do I detect a little jealousy Cause it concerns me And that’s not how it’s supposed to be You took advantage of my sympathies And would you give it back to me Give it back to me Can we pretend this tin Is platinum, gold, or silver again Can we pretend this tin Is platinum, gold, or silver Many hands reach to him War brands every state You fill your pockets with apologies Until your weak in the knees I beg your pardon For these scarred insecurities Consuming me With a fear of conspiracy You promise me But it doesn’t mean anything Do I detect a little jealousy Cause it concerns me And that’s not how it’s supposed to be You took advantage of my sympathies And would you give it back to me Give it back to me Can we pretend this tin Is platinum, gold, or silver again Can we pretend this tin Is platinum, gold, or silver Times like these are gone No more running from home You fill your pockets with apologies Until your weak in the knees I beg your pardon For these scarred insecurities Consuming me With a fear of conspiracy So give it back to me Give it back to me Can we pretend this tin Is platinum, gold, or silver again Can we pretend this tin Is platinum, gold, or silver
