Jam Samich is more less a Jamband. We like blues, funk, jazz, rock, reggae, folk, fusion, prog-rock, latin, and metal. We've been known to combine them a time or two. Let's just say Jamband though because that's what we do. Two lead guitarists = fun.

Story behind the song
This is another instrumental and has definately been a staple in our live shows. This song is completely improvisational every time we play it. Sometimes the length is four minutes long and sometimes it ends up being twelve. This particular recording was done live at Overtyme Grill and Tap Room in Clarkston MI. There just happened to be a jazz band playing there that night so we had the keys player and trumpet guy sit in with us. Keep in mind they've never met us or heard this tune before this night and pretty much learned it on the fly. (seasoned pros) The mix isn't the greatest but you can hear everyone.
