Welcome! Here you can find some Christian songs that i'd written, mostly lyrics (i'm not good with melodies but i still havent gave up working on it), most of the songs came from my inspiration. Only the songs with (Finale) is really final. The rest is still demo, and that means i'm not satisfied with it, yet. Story behind the song
Sometimes we seem lost in life, so lost that we dont even know what our next step will be. Sometimes we are troubled, so troubled that even the happiest thing in the world couldnt cheer us up. During these moments, this is a song that says 'put your faith in God above for we know in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to his purpose.' Romans 8:28.
Well, it's really inspired by God himself. I remember it was a Thursday night. I was going to sleep when these verses just pop up in my head. It came as short sentences with meanings that i couldnt write down at that time. After the 1st 2 verses, i went to sleep again but the moment i put my head on my pillow, the chorus came, then the bridge, then the ending. It's just so wonderful the way this song came about. After that, I'd rewritten it a few times before asking my friend(my music teacher too), Ellen to fill in the melody. i dont really know how she did it, when she receive the lyrics, immediately she start singing out the song. I have a mandarin version of this song, translated by Li Suang and edited by Kean Seong, but i havent put it into recording, yet. I hope everybody enjoy it as much as i do!
