Story behind the song
I am currently doing a course at my local church and things towards the end of the year were getting well stressful. I came home feeling burned out and fed up. Over the time spent away from everything it made me realise the importance of unplugging from everything and it's ok and healthy to do that - take a break cos no one takes one for you. You don't always have to be going flat out - dead people aren't much good!! I didn't plan on writing a tune about it but it seemed to encapsulate just how I felt and it went from there. Enjoy!
