Story behind the song

We set out to write a 'happy' number.  Our last few songs have been a bit downbeat and thought that this would be cool as we head into the festive season.

A simple song in terms of the music but quite uplifting and fun to play.

yadda yadda yadda... (long enough Jim? lol)...Ken

ken sent over an idea and prefaced it by saying it could be a happy tune.......my heart sank....lol...if you check out my other lyrics i dont do "happy" lol

so it was a bit of a chore writing this one.......its cold outside, its december, i'm ill as is the rest of my family....so decided to set the lyrics about what makes me "smile"
so thought back to our last vacation and the wonderful weather we encountered and the smiles on the kids faces.....it cheered me up thinking back.....and made the lyrical process a little easier...jim
