Heavy, hard rock with melodic female vocals.
Formed in April 2002, A.D.D. was formed from the key components of various established Chicago bands. Dave Adams (Guitars/Vox), Randy Berg (Bass), & Ron Bailey (Drums/Vox), teamed up with Margaret Young (Lead Vox) & Jeremy Sparta (guitars) to create a heavy, yet diversely melodic sound.
Having played Chicago's finest venues such as: Metro, House of Blues, Oasis 160, & Cubby Bear, and opening for national acts such as: Dope (Epic), Shadows Fall (Century Media), Kittie (Artemis), As I Lay Dying (Metal Blade), Remembering Never (Ferret), Local H (Studio E), Himsa (Prosthetic), Unloco (Maverick), 40 Below Summer (Reprise), Otep (Capital), E-Town Concrete (Razor & Tie), No One (Immortal), and Lennon (Arista), A.D.D. has created quite a "buzz" around Chicagoland.
Having penned a top 40 record with VIS@40 (.38 Album Network, DEC. 2000), Adams, Bailey, & Berg knew they were a few key pieces away from being the band they had envisioned. With the addition of Young and Sparta, all the pieces are in place for A.D.D. to be a vital force in the modern rock music world.
