Hard rock with a unique focus on bass guitar, as well as vocal melodies and harmonies.
After performing and collaborating with various bands across the United States, B.C. now travels down the solo path, writing, recording, and performing his own compositions. A bass guitar player by trade, B.C. is always exploring new and interesting ways of expressing himself on this instrument, at times tastefully incorporating as many as four different bass parts simultaneously playing in one song. While his music possesses a heavy edge, B.C. always retains a keen focus on vocal melodies and harmonies. B.C. records all of his compositions in his relaxing home studio in Illinois.

Lyrics
I will surrender choice to chance I will not confuse fate with circumstance Never worry if I'm living right Each moment has been prophesized Forever I will let the voices guide me Choices consume me Despite what I choose the end is the same Choices confuse me No longer will I play this maddening game If I changed every choice I have made I would find myself in this very same place It's all been preordained This map of my muddled mind Forever I will let the voices guide me Choices consume me Despite what I choose the end is the same Choices confuse me No longer will I play this maddening game Nothing foreign to my eyes No reason to doubt this life Nothing exists without my awareness Reality thrives from my perception Music and Lyrics: Brian Calhoun ©2005
