For commercial releases, an agreement must be reached relating to compensation for number of units sold. Once the beat is purchased, it will be removed from my page at the request of the buyer and will not be sold to another person. When purchasing a beat, the buyer agrees to: -Give production credit to Joel Gjertson (JG Soundz) -Assume responsiblity for all necessary copyrights, sample clearances, and any expenses incurred. -Share ownership of all copyrights with Joel Gjertson (JG Soundz) based on the amount of contribution by both parties.
