I started singing when I was five years old. I was influenced by my parents who were also musically inclined. The first few songs that I learned was James Ingram's hit songs like "Just Once" and "There's No Easy Way". When I was in grade school, I joined a choral group. And there, I learned different singing styles and techniques. I also joined several singing competitions and won some of them. I really love listening to music. Even my room is filled up with tons of CDs. I like all kinds of music. I love rock, alternative, pop, ballad and even classical! I am a big fan of American Idol. I auditioned for "Star in A Million" but unfortunately, I did not passed the second screening. I can describe my voice as soulful.
