Story behind the song

The two interwoven basslines were hell to eq to keep them from flooding the mix.  

Train samples recorded from the railway yard near my house.

The name Trepanistan came about because i coulndt think of any name at all, then that word just popped into my head out of nowhere.
The idea of trepanistan is a country where everybody drills holes in their head.
