This one seems to mean something different to everybody, so I'll just leave it at that......

"These walks through the park seem so trivial, In rivaling dreams of our sins." I'm a eighteen year old guy with a chill persona who loves song-writing and some funky blues. I was never very good at playing guitar, so I figure I'll let the songs work their magic if there's magic worth working.... People say I can sometimes be a sarcastic asshole: If you're not one with my world, you're out of it. I'm also a pretty hopeless romantic, and when you mix these two brilliant factors, you pretty much make up "me" and my art.

Story behind the song
To me, this song is about a man observing his drug-addicted girlfriend while she's sleeping. He starts to realize that maybe he doesn't want to be the rebound from an abusive ex-boyfriend....maybe he just wants her to mature enough so she can love him like he loves her.
Lyrics
Tell me where you goin today, Lindy Gray. This old apartment ain’t a cradle for a baby who gives her heart away. Tell me where you goin today, Lindy Gray. Come out and play…. Sleeps like an angel, I say to myself, a 2:30 wake-up call Walk to the mirror, see a shadow of the used man, torn man, broken and battered man. She lays on the sofa, eyes dry for the moment she sleeps, White line on the table and a cigarette. Your magic wand. Tell me where you goin today, Lindy Gray. This old apartment ain’t a cradle for a baby who gives her heart away. Tell me where you goin today, Lindy Gray. Come out and play…. What’s goin on in your dreams? ‘Too clouded by abortion’ baby girl is an ugly reminder. The scar above your eyebrow, that’s where he clipped your wings. Don’t wanna know you, but I know I can’t escape you baby you’re suicidal. Saves money on church….you’re my pretty little drug. Tell me where you goin today, Lindy Gray. This old apartment ain’t a cradle for a baby who gives her heart away. Tell me where you goin today, Lindy Gray. Come out and play….
