Story behind the song
Yea, this track here I wrote quick. It came to me like a Stream of Conscience or something. After I come up with the first couple of lines it's pretty easy after that. I think this was made in 01 during the Kosovo battles so i threw that in there. The first verse I'm just talkin bout social problems that exist...at the end i was like "we holding movements but when are we moving?"...we still got a long way to go as black folks. The second verse is a dedication to two of my cousins Dominique and Peal. Dominique just got out of prison after 13 years. I just saw him July 03 for the first time in 13 years and played the song for him...he loved it. So that's all i wanted really. I dont care what nobody else think. This song is for them and for everybody who struggling with the law or got people that stay gettin hemmed up, appreciate this
