harmony
From the time we were old enough to wash the evening dishes, we were old enough to harmonize. Music has always been an integral part of our lives; however, the demands of working and raising children kept us from focusing more fully on our love of music until recently, when we decided it was "now or never." In other words: Girls Just Wanna Have Fun! A special thank you to Laurie K. Slate not only for her beautiful guitar-playing abilities on many of the songs, but for her love of harmonic sisterhood! Sisters are Marty Ross Vining & Anne Cozean .

Story behind the song
Saying goodbye to friends....
Lyrics
We've been friends for so many years Shared the laughter, blended our tears Raised our families, talked through our tears Hard believing you'll be leaving when the morning fog clears You know it's funny how time disappears How tomorrow is suddenly here So lift your glass and we'll drink to good cheer Yes I'm grieving because you're leaving when the morning fog clears Don't you cry, now Dry your eyes, now It's not the last goodbye We'll meet again before the end To watch the morning sunrise Morning sunrise Morning sunrise May the years be gentle with you Pretty memories for your review To remind you of all we've been through Take my smile to warm the miles that are waiting for you Clear away, clear away the sadness in me Clear away the sadness in you Rise above, rise above the heartache inside Lift us up straight through the clouds And don't you cry, now Dry your eyes, now It's not the last goodbye We'll meet again, my beautiful friend To watch the morning sunrise Morning sunrise (Lift us up from the sorrow) Morning sunrise (Take us high as the sky) Morning sunrise (For you and me, there'll be tomorrow) Morning sunrise
