Lyrics
Life is one strange thing you'll never get the hang of;/ Sometimes you'll jump for joy and sing,/ While at others, you'll just sob. Why is it so hard to live?/ Maybe I should figure out/If life wasn't meant/To be this way./ Sometimes I just say/ Ever wonder/Why the rain/Falls so softly on your face?/ Ever wonder/If you could stop the pain/ As you see the hunger on a little child's face/ Ever wonder how you stay sane/In the world's mad fast pace/ Just the other day/I heard from a friend/ Who said her own life/She wanted to end/ "The world's too darn mad!"/She wept with tears/ Unable to conquer/Her inner most fears/ At times like this I shake my head/ And tell them/These little lines instead/ Ever wonder/Why the rain/Falls so softly on your face?/ Ever wonder/If you could stop the pain/ As you see the hunger on a little child's face/ Ever wonder how you stay sane/In the world's mad fast pace/ Ever wonder/How we go on each day/ Ever wonder how people/Just go on their own way/ Ever wonder how we seem to say/"There's always another day."/ (Keychange) Ever wonder/How we survive it all?/ Ever wonder how the world/Just keeps turning on and on?/ Ever wonder how we manage/To just keep it on and on?/
