It's good to hear what other people are up to. I've been playing about with electronic music for around 3 years now (which means I started at 14). Originally I used samples from commercial songs, completely warped them in Soundforge and merged them together into one song, but of course that would mean me paying millions in royalties to get them published :D Now I use mostly Soundforge, Acid and Fruityloops, and I am gradually integrating real instruments such as a guitar and keyboard more and more.
