Since I retired in 1996 I took up writing, playing and recording music as a hobby. I play piano, guitar, bass, drums, harmonica and tenor sax reasonably well but not great. I enjoy all genres of music.

Story behind the song
During our time of grieving for the tragic death of our oldest grandson, I was inspired to write this song of love, loneliness and loss. I always wanted to do a duet with my wife and this was the perfect opportunity.
