Idiom of Sad is lead by Devi Gottschlich who demonstrates consistent beauty and emotion with her angelic vocal delivery and ability to create profound lyrics. The man behind the music is Nathan Reiner, creator of the Darkwave project Third Realm. With influences such as Portishead and Massive Attack in mind, this duo add their own ingredients mending elements of trip-hop, shoegaze, ethereal and ambient music. This darkly sensual project is continuing to make it's presence heard backed by the soulful melodies and epic moods it demonstrates.
