A little bit Gordon Lightfoot, a little bit Harry Chapin, a dash of Paul Simon, and a whole lot of myself. I think of my music as Americana with blues, country
I play solo and with WOODY, my trio. When I play solo, I do mostly original songs with some selected covers by songwriters I hold in high regard. WOODY plays originals by the three of us also, with some covers to satisfy those in the audience who are hooked on the same 'ol stuff' they hear on the radio - except that it's not the same old stuff. We do it for the excitement and to get people dancing. It seems to work :-)

Lyrics
Whoa, Lillian, oh Lillian you're so sweet to me makes me feel like I'm really someone just to know you. really know you. Lillian,oh Lillian you bring a smile to me makes it easy for me to be happy for the world to see The world sees me. (Bridge) I learned from you what not to do like look in my past at my hardships Without even tryin', you taught me to gaze at the high side of life's peaks and dips. (Break) Whoah, Lillian, oh Lillian you always assure me makes me feel like I'm a better man because of you, because of you Lillian.
