The Age of the Ring is the time from the past that continues to a time that is still to come. After the evil hobbits destroyed the One Ring, the power of the Ring continued to be, and grow on the earth. This was the time when the power of the Ring came to it's true potential.
The Ring itself gave the power not to be seen, but only to be heard. After the evil ones destroyed the physical form of the Ring the power of the Ring continued to exist. Those who practiced the art of the power of the Ring gained great powers over their fellow beings. Through this power of the Ring they gained control over the emotions of the people.
As the ages came to pass, the people gave this power a name. They called it MUSIC.
