Story behind the song
I was pretty ticked off that people I knew where going to be in harms way in another war in Iraq. So, of course I prayed for them, tried to talk them out of joining the Army, joining the Airforce & going to war. But, they joined anyway. So, I wrote this song! My good friend Jamie Fenn dubbed in some great lead-guitar on an acoustic guitar that really colored the song well. in the end It's actually a song about hope for peace & protection. And I love what Jamie did with the song musically.
