Prime Minister first hit the music scene in 1999 featuring on Hit Man's "H20" album. He wrote and recorded a number of underground hits for Black C's Right Way Production Company. He appeared on four tracks on RBL's "Hostile Takeover" album including a solo song called, "RBL 2001". In 2002, The RightWay Prod. released Prime's debut album, "No Compromise". An underground classic. With this underground classic, Prime Minister took the music industry by storm! In 2003 he dropped "Sac-Town's Most Wanted" a compilation featuring all of Sacramento's hot artists. In 2004, The RightWay Prod. released "Malitia Muzik" a label compilation featuring Prime Minister on six different tracks. Feb. 2006 marks the release date for Prime's sophmore album, "The World Aint Enough" featuring hitters like, Messy Marv, Mac Dre (R.I.P) and RBL Posse (Hit Man R.I.P).
