Story behind the song

Don't we all run for the same objective: Happiness!! Joy!! I get this huge picture of everybody on earth being stick figures and running towards the red-hot and overexposing sun. And most of the small stick guys just fall on each other in their struggle to reach nirvana, which results in non of them arriving. Guess I'm a stick figure too.
