Drifting towards the end of a narrowing hall, There floats a pin-hole light, illuminating all, The hazy figments of a child’s imagination, Resist quietly slipping further on, I’ll do my best to make sure that doesn’t happen, But I’m not sure exactly, how long this can carry on. While my heart clutches unyieldingly to the remnants of tomorrow, There are hands of abhorrence pushing firmly to ensure my fall towards sorrow, Yet they can’t get to them all… They just can’t get to them all… The fledgling stars amidst the soulless beings, Though far outnumbered, are strong in ways, That outshine the gloomy thick of distonic scenes… This is more than a belief. And while my heart clutches unyieldingly to the remnants of tomorrow, There are hands of abhorrence pushing firmly towards the fall into sorrow, Yet they can’t get to them all… They just can’t get to them all… How are we supposed to move forward? When bedroom ceilings, are the only eyes that see this at all? How are we supposed to move through your goals? When either way, we’re all alone?
