Luke Furman hails originally from Omaha, NE, and currently studies composition at the University of Oklahoma. Luke's work has earned him various accolades over the years, including a scholarship and several competition wins. His Sonata for Viola and Piano is featured in the Winter/Spring 2007 issue of the online Oregon Literary Review (http://www.oregonlitrev.org). He is also active as a violist and sometime pianist, having played with the OU Orchestra and the New Improv!
