Rebel-F originally contacted Head Of Command and wanted to collaborate. I had agreed to help Rebel-F in his mission and I then discovered during recon that he personally knew Fatal from Fatal Productions. I had recognized the name from previously being contacted by Fatal. The suggestion to include Fatal and Tex in the effort was made and agreed upon.
