Story behind the song
Paul and I, and some more folks @ Korgstudios were talking and joking about how we could write a song from any title....Paul said "Name one, and I'll write it." I looked around where I was sitting and saw an old pair of boots on the floor.... I then said, "You don't know how many miles, I've put on these shoes". It got quiet for a few minutes.....The next day, He emailed me two pages of lyrics, So I went to work and wrote the music, and arrangement in the next couple of days...I'm pretty happy with the outcome.
