is a congregation of talented hiphop group base in Singapore. Formed in the mid 2002, it's consist of crews such as Alphabatical, Bratz SinDikate, Da Unit, Forlorn Kooks, G-Femininz & Trivalation, soloist such as Apiz Ilm, MB, sTyLe'1, MC E'ein & MC Small and the graff heads, The Case Of Pendimonium.

It is also home for two of the finest production groups in Singapore, Jiggy's Rare-Cutz & Tis St00pid Entertainment, whom time after time conjour the very best instrumentals they could muster for WDC and other crews and bringing honours to the Cartel! They are also responsible of all the mixings, masterings and recording works for WDC. The latter production group also work independently to promote their own artistes such as the half thai singer, Wazini!
