Story behind the song
"The Day People Came" started as a jam in the band "Hyperdrive" from a bass run I wrote. The words got thrown around a while, but I solidified them later. This is one of our premier songs, because it is easy enough that almost musician can jam along, so various versions of it have appeard on "YOURSELF presents" #100, #200, & #250. This is the basis studio track with the quartet including Alberto Raffin on Bass and Alex Eackley on drums as well as Diane and myself.
