Paranormal paranoia paired with acoustic accoutrements, inordinate insecurity, sets of self-depracation, and pop playfulness combined with a wee bit o creativit
Don't Let That Horse is Les Harrison's one-man musical extravaganza and a nice outlet to share and push me to write new music.

Story behind the song
Sometimes death comes to the living and effects and affects many people. The lyrics have been around for 5 years and finally got the right vessel.
Lyrics
If You Existed Does it bother you that I don’t know you anymore? Why can’t I have you as you were before? I wish you were just half of what you once were. Is there any hope that the rest of you will return? I could feel something stronger if I knew you cared. I see someone before me but we both know you’re not really there. You move around as if you were still alive. I can see you but I know you already died. If you existed, you’d see I loved you most But it’s hard to show your love to a ghost. If you existed, maybe love could again grow But I can’t figure out how to love a shadow. I never said that I blamed you or that this was your fault. Some of your troubles were self-induced—but I know not all. In my mind I see you as you used to be But you can never be what you once were to me. When you’re gone I know I’ll cry But it won’t be so hard because you’ve already died. You move around as if you were still alive. I can see you but I know you already died. If you existed, you’d see I loved you most But it’s hard to show your love to a ghost. If you existed, maybe love could again grow But I can’t figure out how to love a shadow. Sometimes I wish your life would desist It’s easier than convincing myself that you exist.
