Story behind the song
KlyMaxx's old fogey of a neighbor got all riled up because I had my parents and a few of their friends over for an half an hour. Next thing KlyMaxx knows, he's getting a letter in the mail from the Coop management company telling him to install wall-to-wall carpeting because they received noise complaints about my unit. To the management company, I provided an articulate, well-reasoned rebuttal letter. To KlyMaxx fans, I provide an all-out lyrical attack on this antagonistic neighbor.
