In the (6) years of Angry Minutes on the Dark Star show, I’ve never seen with such extreme dissent, the distance between the nations competing idealogues.
We have Democrats & Republicans who couldn’t disagree more than if you had two twelve year-olds crying over the last bazooka joe.
We have Liberals squawking about the ineffectivity of the War in Iraq, while the Conservatives lambaste the media for not covering the pleasantries of bullets and bombs.
We’ve seen more immigration protesters march over the weekend than were caught crossing the border all of last year.
We’re a trillion dollars in debt, with another (8) to go…
Schools are going broke, ,
Global Warming is not an ideology…
And we always knew Bush wanted to invade Iraq, WMD’s or not.
Oh, and someone just smuggled two dirt bombs into the US.
But I’ve never seen all of the societal issues emanate so profoundly, so wonderfully in-sync.
Angry Minute? I say no, not this week. For the planets have fell in line this week, and the growing cacophony is my Quaalude, if only for one week, I can turn the stereo up and find my peace.
