Mendosa, Mendosa, Mendosa, formerly known as S.P.I.C.-N.Y.C.E. Mendosa is a well known artist in the T-DOT area. He represents a new movement in Spanish/English Hip-Hop. He's well known for his sense of freestyle and the way he manipulates words to make statements. Mendosa's been an artist for 5 years and is also a Producer/Engineer. He got his skills studying at the International Academy of Design and Tech and is now practicing his field. He just graduated. Mendosa's opened up for Fito Blanko from T-DOT and other Canadian artists as well.
