It's been described many things over the years: symphonic prog rock, prog rock, classic rock and general progressive rock.
I'm a multi-instrumentalist, arranger and composer. I've worked as a session musician and sound engineer. I've played in many different bands up and down the country, covering numerous styles. I now do solo work and currently recording an album, which I'm hoping to take out on the road on a Pubs and Clubs tour at some point. My gear consists of: One Red Special replica, based on Brian May's, played through a Vox AC30 with a Boss Pedalboard, consisting of Boss Equaliser, Ibanez Tubescreamer, Marshall Chorus, Boss Acoustic Simulator (live use only), Boss Digital Delay and Boss Compressor/Sustainer. One 5-string bass, based on my own design and specs, played through an SWR Super Redhead with an SWR Interstellar Overdrive pre-amp. Both guitars were made by Hugh Manson, of Manson Guitars. I also use steel and nylon strung acoustics including a 12-string acoustic, an 8-string mandolin, a Yamaha DJX keyboard and a Rogue 8-string bass.

Lyrics
When we went down to the seaside We saw the boats go sailing by On board were the volunteers Going to sea with their hopes raised high The years may go sailing by But I still remember you The years may go sailing by But I hope you remember me All I want for you to do Is remember me as you sail across the sea When we went down to the seaside We saw mothers and fathers Sons and daughters They'd all come to wish you well As you go sailin' across the waters The years may go sailing by But I still remember you The years may go sailing by But I hope you remember me All I want for you to do Is remember me as you sail across the sea I wrote you a letter Ev'ryday Sayin' the things I wanted to say There's no point In pretending With no beginning And no ending Now the truth Has been told Sometimes brutal And sometimes cold Now we know Where we stand Just like castles In the sand When we went down to the seaside We saw the boats come sailin' in On board were the volunteers Whose new lives can now begin The years have gone sailin' by But my feelings are still the same The years have gone sailin' by But my feelings are hard to tame So let's drink to the future And to the horizon wide 'Cos these past few years have been A rollercoaster ride
