the way words do not come out right
you never listen to what you feel ,
some how when I spoke to you my thoughts did not connect with my words ,
wanting to express how I really felt,
but my words came out so wrong,
replaying the day in my head I now relize that it was meant to be,
when I left you ,
the feeling of you never left ,
always being reminded by you with the scar on my heart,

all of the years of many nights ,
we worked so hard to over come,
the pain I feel inside makes me feel so lost sometimes,
without friends and no where to trun,
how do I get back my life and become a person who can feel,
so numb and all alone I have no direction ,
and it always has been this way,
but there is hope somewhere I can bearly feel it,
it is telling me that if I try,
there will be a better day when I can find my way,
but I can not do it alone,
give up to give in ,
no more ,
do you belive in a better day,
can you see ,
when love was real I could really feel,
I have given up everything to be with you ,
need to move on find a better way,
today I give in to making a better life,
this is the end of fear,
from this day on ,
it will be the end of what I can not overcome ,
to feel free of fear and step out of the darkness
