Been playing 'la gitaara' for quite a few yrs now.....picked it up from a friend who ironically, doesn't play it anymore......one of the reasons i took it up was the crazy urge to play "hotel california",and this 'urge' is still there,albeit for different songs & music......so that effectively means that i play any song or music that i like irrespective of the genre or popularity.....but yeah,the choice of songs is sometimes limited by the lack of additional/back up musicians,which are so very required for various songs[californication,given to fly,jumper etc.]....same reason for the lack of solos in my own compostions....always wanted to be in a proper band but never found the right kinda ppl to jam with.....wud still love to do that & perform songs that i haven't played as a solo act.....
