This is a song about martyrdom. It is a heavy theme but not with-out it's upside.

Story behind the song
I wanted to write a song about Martyrdom. The "last days" are supposed to be a "time of trouble" worst than anything that came before it. God's chosen will have to deal with the persecution of men. The wicked will have to deal with the wrath of God. However, the Bible has a happy ending for God's people.
