Story behind the song
I originally arranged this old hymn for a choir, inadvertently using the music for a different hymn. We never did sing it, but I've always really dug the tonality. I decided to revive it as a contemporary Christian tune. Completing this was my 2nd project for Arranging 1. UPDATE: I've actually found this song online sung to 2 different melodies. It seems the melody I've used is the original by John Bacchus Dykes in 1868. Awesome.
