This is a song about my honey

I got a Roy Rogers guitar with song book for Christmas in 1958. I learned a little and put it aside. In '63 a kid brought his electric guitar to school and played "Pipeline" at our sock hop. It looked easy, so I started a garage band. Eventually, I needed money for gas and dates, so I got a real job. We disbanded in '66, but best friend, Freddie, and I kept jamming over the years. We recently worked on a song he wrote and it inspired me to write my own music. Please listen and post a message.

Story behind the song
It started with an idea about time and money and ended up like this. The only thing that resembles the original idea is that honey rhymes with money.
Lyrics
Honey I Know 1) Honey I know what I see in you Cause you have a way of catching my eye And I can’t stop no matter what I do Honey I know you got to be mine Chorus) Honey you make me feel that your mine for real Day by day I can’t get enough 2) Honey I know about your crooked little smile Each time you laugh makes it worthwhile You’re making my head go into a spin Honey I can’t lose this silly grin (Bridge) 3) Honey I know that you know it too You look so good my eyes are on you You got my heart please don’t let it go My love for you forever grows (Chorus) 4) Honey I know that you could care less bout yesterdays news or current events What matters to you is our house and home You’re my fantasy when we’re alone © 2006 Words and Music A.
