Yoshiki was the drummer/pianist of the legendary J rock band X or known as X Japan during their later years.
They were the pioneers of the visual kei movement in Japanese rock. Their gothic looks paved the way for the other visual kei J rock bands such as Dir En Grey and Malice Mizer.
Since the disbandment of X Japan in 1997 and the death of it's lead guitarist Hideto Matsumoto in 1998 , Yoshiki has become both a composer and a concert pianist....
