Story behind the song
After walking away from Music in1986 , Scott was contacted in1994 by Ken Sharp who was writing a book about the Raspberries. Scott contributed a cover of "Nobody Knows " to a Raspberries tribute CD and from there became inspired to Record " Play on " a kind of Anathology of a great Pop songwriter.

Cant believe I had not rated this before. A fantastic song start to finish and being the Raspberries ex Bass player does not hurt. Great vocals/harmonies/beat.

This is a dooozy!!! Reminds me of a favourite artist I have called Scott Slater...very enjoyable sounds which are a cross between 60's and nowadays...pass on my congrats please dave :)
