I sometimes like to walk around
maybe through the city core
just to watch the strangers
without strings attatched
to see them for an instant
not knowing their pain or grief
any of their fears or fetish
some will walk around for a long time still
but I'll never know
some will go through drastic changes
but its not for me to know
I'll always have a mental picture
some last an instant,some a lifetime
I'll never see those people again
but I have that picture
that moment of perfection
I'll never have to see them age
or watch their bodies ravaged with the illness or disease that is inevitable
or see them any happier or sadder
there is no way they could know it but for that person
