Hey, I’m Jasmine, and as you can probably see, this is my band’s website. My band's called 'Ditto', and at the moment, only has one member :( I’m a singer, and have been for around 6 years now. At the moment, it’s just me and my mike, but I’m hoping to drag in some of my gorgeous mates to help with the instrumental part of things. My style is quite varied, you’re probably going to see a lot of different songs on this site, so just sit back and enjoy the ride! We haven’t quite got off the ground yet, but watch this space

Story behind the song
This is Insomnia, my first real song. No lyrics, unfortunately, but it’s not the sort of song you sing along with anyway. My inspiration I suppose was the feeling of darkness in each of us. Amplifying until it loses all control and bursts out of us. The lack of emotion we have on our faces is matched only by the excess of emotion that we are struggling to conceal, just below the surface. Many seek to harness the emotions within, but do not see the huge supply of power that can be gained by simply ‘letting things fester’. This song represents the nights spent awake. Hope you enjoy.
