Lyrics

As I look on the things that this world has to offer 
I feel my heart fill with desire.  
My flesh tries to tell me that peace and contentment 
come from the things I acquire.  
I wanted fame success and great power.  
To have a good job that paid.  
But my happiness seemed to last just a few hours 
and I wanted more the next day.  
I turned the world upside down.  
At the end I looked back and found

I was just chasing after the wind, 
every step that I trod.  
I'll never find joy if I look there again 
so I'll fix my eyes on God.  
And now I'm chasing Him

I searched the world to find peace that would last,
