I am a composer? Hey make sure you check out all the ads on my page. Rampant commercialism is so awesome.

Story behind the song
new code now features cocoa dialogue 'open' and 'save' screens (OSX only). new consolidated menu panel "GOD" handles all the I/O. You can allocate buffers to record, save buffers to disk, and open pre-existing files into buffers. In additon, you can allocate fft buffers of various window sizes (256 - 4096) and allocate audio or control busses that are either mono or stereo. basically everything you could ever want to do wrt I/O in supercollider. soon to come: a comprehensive but elegantly designed system for phase modulation synthesis (working title: "PMS"), fully integrated into the pre-existing synthesis modules. Oh yeah, and now you don't even need SC to run my apps. available freeware on request: standalone applications of any of the plugins. all you need in order to get sounds running thru them is an interface with an aux send going back into itself. (sorry but im not up to the level necessary to program vst's quite yet).
Lyrics
used here are simply 4 sampler modules, 3 of which play a drum sequence, the fourth manipulates a recording of that sequence, recorded, saved, and loaded in realtime. these samplers go into an fft module to multiply all magnitudes by noise (i call it 'noiser'). then from there we have a brickwall filter going into an automated comb filter pair. compressed slightly. all done in sc in realtime.
