This is a reminder that tomorrow may be too late to think about salvation.
Songs that are testimonies, spawned by life experiences. Each musical creation is meant to plant the seed of truth and salvation.
Ernest De Waters Jr. Music (ASCAP)
Ernie’s songs are mini sermons and testimonies spawned by life's experiences. His prayer is that each song will be a seed, planting the truth of salvation through Christ.
May God bless you and keep you in His grace.
Sincerely - Ernest DeWaters Jr.
Story behind the song
Sometimes we are victims of our own self righteousness. We think that just because we think something is right, that we are right about it. Thus, how can any of our decisions be wrong? Well, how do you tell someone standing in the middle of the street that a truck is coming when they are adamant in there position that trucks do not exist? The Bible calls this a reprobate mind. These thoughts inspired me to write Will It Be Too Late?

(Verse 1)
Have you thought about salvation or when the Savior comes?
And what about tomorrow, are you of the chosen ones?
Can you stand before the Father and know you’ve served Him all along;
Or must you hang your head in sorrow and say, Forgive me, I was wrong?
(Verse 2)
Are you kind to your brother; how do you treat your fellow man?
Is there a stirring deep within your soul that you don’t understand?
Can you live with a conscience you think is sheik and debonair?
Well, I can tell you, brother, the Lord will leave you standing there!
(Chorus 1)
Will it be too late, too late to praise?
Will it be too late, too late to serve?
Will it be too late to stand before Him and be proud?
Will it be too late, too late to know?
Will it be too late, too late to love?
Will it be too late to ride to Glory on a cloud?
(Verse 3)
By the grace of the Father; yes, through His only Son,
And in the Holy Spirit, that is how the battles won.
So, give your heart to Jesus; you’ll never have another care.
And when the eastern skies split open, you’ll rise to meet Him in the air.
(Chorus 2)
Will it be too late, too late to know?
Will it be too late, too late to love?
Will it be too late to ride to Glory on a cloud?
Will it be too late, too late to praise?
Will it be too late, too late to serve?
Will it be too late to ride with Jesus on a cloud?
Will it be too late to ride with Jesus and be proud?
