"El Amor es un Fantasma" ("Love is a Ghost") is Shery's first single. Actually, it's the first song she ever wrote. It talks about the shadows of love. A love so deep, in fact, that it refuses to die. This song remained 26 weeks in the Guatemalan Top 40, the longest-ever period of a local artist. It was finalist in the 2006 John Lennon Songwriting Contest. "El Amor es un Fantasma" is also the title of Shery's debut album, expected for Spring 2007.
