The Foggs.
Hi, we're The Foggs from the Sunshine Coast area of Queensland, Australia. It's a great spot to live and play. You should visit sometime! The band has a reputation for putting on one of the best “Live” shows that you will witness anywhere. Whilst the band has been keeping up with its busy work schedule, we have been in and out of the studio, recording a selection of tracks for their debut Album to be released this year, through Liquid Music. The band have built up a following over the years of gigging, mixing our interpretation of classic Rock, blues and country songs, with their unique and energetic, original compositions.

Story behind the song
This song celebrates all we have here in the "Lucky Country" and pays tribute to the sacrifices of the men and women who have worked hard for us to have what we do.
Lyrics
The ANZACS Verse 1 Well since the ANZACS stepped ashore Striding side by side We've shown the same courage Across our land far and wide. through cyclone, flood and searing heat We've helped our Aussie mates. And in memory of the ANZACS We've made our country great Chorus1 I'm proud to be Australian I'm proud to be true blue I'm proud to watch the Southern cross Flying up there for you. And I thank my lucky star For the good fortune that I hold To live in this sunburnt land With a heart of green and gold Verse 2 Well, our country's built on mateship Heroes till the end Blokes like Weary Dunlop Who gave it all for their friends. And women who loved and led the way To help our country grow. From the city to the outback They Helped us all to know. Chorus2 That we're proud to be Australian That we're to be true blue We're proud to watch the Southern cross Flying up there for you. We thank our lucky stars For the good fortune that we hold To live in this sunburnt land With hearts of green and gold
